A food and beverage minimum is the required spend on culinary and beverage selections to host your event at our venue. This minimum ensures a delightful dining experience for your guests and is exclusive of an 11.75% venue tax, service charges, and the facility fee.
While our venue does not have a strict curfew, events extending beyond 10:00 PM are considered “Late Night” and require contracted security to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Security staffing is arranged through a trusted third-party provider at a standard ratio of one guard per 25 guests, including staff, and remains on-site for the event's duration plus an additional hour. Please note, security charges are subject to change.
Our facility fee is designed to provide a stress-free experience by covering everything you need for a successful event. This all-inclusive fee includes elegant event furnishings, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, custom printed menu cards, black linens, and full setup and takedown of the venue, along with access to all of our premium amenities.
Securing your event date is easy! Simply provide a signed contract that outlines all terms and conditions, along with a deposit equal to 50% of the food and beverage minimum, and ensure a credit card is on file. Once these steps are complete, your date is officially reserved, and the planning can begin!
